- In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, and dill weed until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped vegetables until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between lavash bread or tortillas. Spread in a thin layer.
- Starting from the short end, roll each one up tightly. Place seam-side down in an airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
- Slice each roll into ½ to ¾-inch pinwheels. If using tortillas, trim off the ends before slicing.
Notes
Serve with dips like Ranch dressing or spicy salsa. They're ideal for meal prep and can be made ahead of time. Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling. Can also include vegetables like olives for variety.
