  • 1 cup sour cream Opt for a light version for fewer calories.
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix (1-ounce) This adds great flavor!
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed It gives a fresh taste.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Choose sharp cheddar for more flavor.
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (like carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.) Use your favorites for variety.
For this version
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots Adds sweetness and crunch.
  • ¾ cup finely chopped broccoli Packed with vitamins.
  • ½ cup chopped red bell peppers Brings a pop of color.
  • 4 sheets lavash bread or 5 flour tortillas (10-inch size) Use tortillas for easier rolling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, and dill weed until smooth.
  2. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped vegetables until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between lavash bread or tortillas. Spread in a thin layer.
  4. Starting from the short end, roll each one up tightly. Place seam-side down in an airtight container.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
  6. Slice each roll into ½ to ¾-inch pinwheels. If using tortillas, trim off the ends before slicing.

Notes

Serve with dips like Ranch dressing or spicy salsa. They're ideal for meal prep and can be made ahead of time. Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling. Can also include vegetables like olives for variety.
