Ingredients
  

For the bread
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls Sweet, soft texture, perfect base for the dish.
For the toppings
  • 2 cups cooked tandoori chicken Shredded; can use leftover or rotisserie chicken mixed with tandoori spices.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese Shredded or sliced.
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter Made with softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • 1/4 cup parsley Chopped, for garnish; can be omitted.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Mix garlic butter with salt and pepper, then spread on each roll half.
  4. Top with shredded tandoori chicken and mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven once the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with a fresh salad or dipping sauces like yogurt sauce or chutney. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
