Ingredients
  

For the chocolate shell
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Great for melting
For the filling
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Adds richness
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Fresh and flavorful
  • 1/4 cup sugar Sweetens the filling
For assembly
  • 1 cup shortcake crumbs For texture
  • 1 piece Easter egg mold To shape the bombs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of the Easter egg mold with melted chocolate and chill.
Filling
  1. Heat heavy cream until just boiling. Remove from heat and add strawberries and sugar. Stir well.
  2. Fill the chocolate egg shells with the strawberry mixture, then add shortcake crumbs on top.
  3. Seal the eggs with more melted white chocolate and smooth the edges.
Chilling
  1. Chill until firm.
  2. Gently remove from the mold and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using high-quality white chocolate. Chill the mold properly for a smooth finish. Personalize the filling by mixing in lemon zest or different berries.
