Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, butter, and cinnamon for the crumb topping.
  6. Fill each muffin cup with batter and sprinkle with the crumb mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
