Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, butter, and cinnamon for the crumb topping.
- Fill each muffin cup with batter and sprinkle with the crumb mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
