Preparation
- Chop the green onion and all vegetables into small cubes.
- Drain the tuna and add it to a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the soy sauce, vinegar or lemon juice, sesame oil, mayonnaise, and Sriracha.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
Assembly
- Lay out the nori squares on a plate.
- Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the tuna mixture onto each nori square.
- Drizzle with extra Sriracha, if desired, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and additional green onion.
- Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate the mixture and assemble when ready to serve.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider pairing with a side of crunchy vegetable sticks or a refreshing salad. To make these bites even more enjoyable, ensure your vegetables are diced finely. If you prefer less heat, reduce the Sriracha to your taste.
