- Cook the noodles and set aside.
- Brown the pork and green onions in peanut oil.
Mixing
- Whisk together the broth, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
Combining
- Add the noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce to the skillet.
- Toss for 2–3 minutes until well-coated. Garnish with remaining green onions.
Notes
For extra veggies, try adding bell peppers or snap peas. Substitute ground pork with ground chicken or turkey.
