Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour in beef broth and mix well.
  7. Transfer this mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For the best results, slice the steak as thinly as possible. Don’t skip on seasoning. For extra veggies, add spinach or zucchini. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
