- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until done. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Slice the chicken and add it to the sauce. Combine with cooked pasta.
- Toss everything together and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve with a refreshing side salad and garlic bread. For an elegant touch, pair with a glass of white wine like Sauvignon Blanc.
