Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal squares.
- Place the pastry squares onto a lined baking sheet.
- Arrange cream cheese slices on top of each square.
- Top the cream cheese with sliced peaches.
- Mix honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Drizzle over the peaches.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or cool with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh mint on top. They are great additions to brunch or as a snack.
