  • 6 cups Lucky Charms Cereal Brings that delightful crunch and flavor.
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate chips Adds creaminess and sweetness.
  • 4 drops green food coloring Perfect for enhancing the festive look.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Butter the bottom of a 9x13 pan with extra butter.
  2. Melt 4 Tbsp butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Pour marshmallows over the butter; mix to coat the marshmallows.
  4. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted.
  5. Pour cereal in gradually, mixing well each time.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the greased pan, pressing down evenly with wet hands.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
  2. Cut into 20-24 squares and place upside down on wax paper.
  3. Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 45-second intervals, stirring in between.
  4. Add food coloring and mix to combine.
  5. Dip the bottom of each treat into the green chocolate.
  6. Place upside down on wax paper and let cool.

Notes

Store your Lucky Charms Treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you want to keep them longer, you can freeze them. Just wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and then place them in a freezer bag.
