  • 1 medium tomato Sliced.
  • 1/2 cup pickles Sliced.
  • 4 slices cheese Your choice of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup onions Sliced.
For the special sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Quality mayonnaise enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons relish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully cooked and browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. While the meat is cooking, prepare your low carb tacos or lavash as the base.
Assembly
  1. Layer the cooked beef onto the bread.
  2. Add fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and onions on top.
  3. Drizzle the special sauce generously over the top.
