Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  7. Serve chilled, topped with extra crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature. Chill the mixing bowl if the kitchen is warm.
