  • 1 2/3 cup maple syrup or honey Either works for natural sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder This helps the bread rise well.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds depth of flavor to the bread.
  • 1 2/3 teaspoon salt Enhances all the flavors in the recipe.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, protein powder, gluten-free flour, maple syrup or honey, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bananas. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
