Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean beef for a healthier option
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Or homemade blend for easy flavor boost
  • 1 cup cooked white rice Adds heartiness
  • 1/2 cup sour cream For a creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce For that gooey goodness
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce Adds a smoky kick
For the cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Classic melty cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella Stretchy and delicious
For the burrito
  • 4 large flour tortillas Make them pliable
  • to taste butter or oil For grilling and achieving a golden crust

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the ground beef until browned, then drain fat and add taco seasoning with water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until flexible.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with cheddar and mozzarella.
Grilling
  1. Heat a skillet with shredded cheese. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill until crispy. Flip and repeat.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results. You can also freeze for up to 2 months.
