Preparation
- Cook the ground beef until browned, then drain fat and add taco seasoning with water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until flexible.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with cheddar and mozzarella.
Grilling
- Heat a skillet with shredded cheese. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill until crispy. Flip and repeat.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results. You can also freeze for up to 2 months.
