Preparation
  1. Mix flour, paprika, garlic salt, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden.
  2. In a separate pot, combine sugar, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
  3. Bring to a simmer until thickened.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fried chicken and stir well.
