Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef evenly on the buns.
- Add caramelized onions and provolone cheese on top of the beef.
- Place the tops of the slider buns on the assembled ingredients.
- Melt butter and brush it over the tops of the slider buns.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper after brushing.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Serve warm, right out of the oven. Pair with crispy fries or a fresh salad.
