Preparation
- Boil water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Add flour to form a ball and cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe small bites onto parchment paper.
Cooking
- Spray with cooking spray and air fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss churro bites in cinnamon sugar while warm. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. They will keep well in the fridge for up to two days or can be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) before serving.
