Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers into even rounds.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, add cucumbers, mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss gently to combine and serve chilled.

Notes

For best taste, serve fresh. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 1-2 days. Avoid freezing to maintain crispness. Experiment with different vinegars or add sugar for sweetness.
