- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil to coat the bottom.

Notes
For the best results, grate cabbage finely. Don’t overcrowd the pan while frying. Let the batter sit for about 10 minutes before frying for enhanced flavor.
