Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, half the cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour green enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
