Preparation
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground pork sausage until browned. Break it apart as it cooks. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain it on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until fully cooked.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Layer the bottom half with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches. Serve warm.
