Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground pork sausage until browned. Break it apart as it cooks. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain it on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until fully cooked.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Layer the bottom half with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches. Serve warm.
