- Layer half of the onions, corned beef, and cabbage over the potatoes.

- Whisk together beef broth, mustard, pepper, and garlic powder, then pour it over the casserole.
- Dot the top with butter, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and golden on top.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow the casserole to set.
Notes
