Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and chia seeds.
  3. Add mashed banana, oil, honey, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  4. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Baking

  2. Cover with foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely on a wire rack.
