Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your baking pan with butter and flour.
  3. Chop the bosc pears into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and pink salt.
  5. In another bowl, beat the eggs with coconut milk and apple cider vinegar.
Mixing
  1. Melt the unsalted butter and mix with coconut sugar in a large bowl until creamy.
  2. Add the egg mixture to the butter mixture and blend well.
  3. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped pears.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Cool the cake in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
