Filling preparation
- While the crust cools, mix the cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
Notes
