  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil Use for frying at high heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the lo mein noodles until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Toss in broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, mix everything, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

To enhance flavor, marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes. Customize with more vegetables as desired. Avoid overcooking broccoli; it should remain bright and crisp.
