- Mix banana pudding mix with milk until thick.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Add crushed vanilla wafers and stir.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Freeze truffles for 30 minutes.
Dipping and Decoration
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips separately.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment tray.
- Decorate with sprinkles before chocolate sets.
- Chill until firm, then enjoy!
Notes
These truffles can be served with fresh fruit or vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for longer storage. For best results, use cold milk to mix the pudding.
