Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Rolling and Baking
  1. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  2. Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with additional brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Roll up the rectangle tightly and slice into rolls.
  4. Place the rolls in the greased baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden.
Glazing and Serving
  1. While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  2. Once the rolls are done, drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the top and serve warm.
