- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, Baileys, and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and do not overmix the dough. Refrigerating the dough for 30 minutes can enhance chewiness.
