Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into fries.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Toss the fries with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after cooking.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes for crispiness. Can be frozen for up to a month.
