Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into fries.
  3. Toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Toss the fries with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after cooking.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes for crispiness. Can be frozen for up to a month.
