Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the slice of bread in the air fryer basket.
- Crack the egg on top of the bread and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the slice of cheese on top of the egg.
- Air fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted.
- If desired, add optional toppings like avocado and spinach.
- Serve warm and enjoy your breakfast!
Notes
Pair it with a side of fresh fruit or add salsa or hot sauce for extra flavor. This dish can also be shared during gatherings by slicing into smaller pieces.
